CyberCI hires senior practitioners. We take our time, we keep the bar high, and we invest in the people we hire for the long term. If you have spent five or more years in the trenches of security operations, we would like to talk.

Most security firms are built around a tooling stack. We are built around a team. Every dollar of investment, every operational decision, every quarterly priority is set with that lens.

What that means in practice: senior-only analyst tier, no on-call rotations dumped on junior staff, real authority over how the work is done, and compensation that reflects what senior security operators are worth on the open market.

We are not for everyone. We are slow to hire, deliberate about scope, and intolerant of theater. If that resonates, you will probably like working here.

Conversations with three to four future colleagues. They have a real say in the decision.
